The Sun Cycle: Gazateer

Similarly to the Glossy and Cast of Characters, this post will continue to be updated with all the places and place names you may want to be familiar with during the Sun the Cycle.

City at the Center: The largest city in the region, purported to be at the center of the entire world.

Crescent Bay: A bay at the furthest south known point, in the region of South Phalia.

Darbo: Also known as the Walled City; a city about 60 miles from the City at the Center.  Often invaded, Darbo has traded hands between various factions often over the years, somehow its walls seem in invite conquest rather than protect.

Garzapan: An ancient city in an empire that occupied much of Phalia; also known as Paruapan.

Phalia: A massive region south of a large desert and the Sill Wastes filled with jungles and Savannah.

Paruapan: Parua name for Garzapan; Parua legend holds that this was the birthplace of their race, they also refer to it as the Home City.

Sill Wastes: A massive stretch of wastes, once the

South Phalia: A region south of Phalia mixed with scrub-lands, desert, and savanna.

Story Rock: A large outcropping of rock in the desert where all the Parua gather once per year to tell stories for a great festival.

The Tomb:  A tomb in the desert near the Sill Wastes where an ancient malevolent force is trapped.
